Setup Assistance fee is waived (save $136) fee is charged for Infraworx to install and configure the backup software on your computer/s. Up to 4 computers can be set up. Each additional computer after that is $60 to set up. For those who wish to perform the set up themselves, we provide easy to follow installation instructions which are available when a sign up occurs, or upon request.

Seed Initial Backup – Useful for large backup requirements to expedite the initial backup time. We backup your data to an external drive located on your premises. We then ship that drive to our data centre to import into your Infraworx Cloud Backup Account. Ongoing backups will only backup the changes in files, so they will run securely over the Internet and be much faster than the initial backup. This is a free service from Infraworx, but shipping costs of external drives will be charged.
