How does the AI know anything about my practice?

The audit is based on the information you give us plus patterns we’ve seen across Australian medical practices. It’s not scraping your PMS or looking at clinical data. It’s pattern-matching your situation against known admin-automation opportunities for practices with your PMS, size and specialty.

Will you touch patient health records?

No. Not now, not at any point. The audit is based ONLY on the high-level practice information you submit — your PMS, practice size, and biggest admin pain. We never see clinical files, My Health Record, ePA records, scripts, Medicare item-level billing, or any patient identifiable information. If you later engage us for an actual build, that’s a separate conversation with proper data handling agreements covering APP + Health Records Act + Privacy Act health-record provisions, AU-region cloud hosting, and an explicit guardrail that AI never touches clinical content. Patient privilege and confidentiality stay intact end-to-end.

What happens to the information I submit?

Your form input is used to generate your audit and is stored on our Australian-hosted infrastructure for 90 days, then permanently deleted unless you become a client. The free-text pain-point field is processed by a Large Language Model provider (US or EU region) at audit-generation time and is not retained by the provider beyond their standard 30-day abuse-monitoring window. We never sell, never share, and never use your input to train third-party AI models. Will AI replace my front-of-house or clinicians?

In our experience: no, but it changes what reception spends their time on. Reception teams in practices that adopt admin automation typically move from rote recall calls and reminder churn toward higher-value patient relationship work and clinical-handoff coordination — the parts of the job that need a human. Clinicians stay 100% clinical — AI doesn’t touch consults, notes, prescribing, or any clinical decision.

Does this work with MedicalDirector/Genie/Clinic to Cloud as well as Best Practice?

Yes. Tell us your PMS in the form and the audit factors that in. Most admin automation opportunities work across all major AU PMS platforms; some are platform-specific (e.g., Best Practice’s Bp Comms or MedicalDirector’s recalls module workflows) — your audit will note when that applies.
