Is this actually free? What’s the catch?

Yes — actually free. The audit is yours regardless. If your audit identifies opportunities that match what we do, we’d love the chance to talk, but only if you want that. We don’t ring you, we don’t spam you, and we don’t pass your data anywhere.

How does the AI know anything about my store?

The audit is based on the information you give us plus patterns we’ve seen across Australian ecommerce and DTC businesses. It’s not scraping your Shopify or pulling order data. It’s pattern-matching your situation against known automation opportunities for stores with your platform, size and category.

Will you touch my customer or order data?

No. The audit is based only on the high-level information you submit about your store — platform, size, weekly admin hours, biggest pain. We never see your customer database, order history, payment information, or analytics. If you later engage us for an actual build, that’s a separate conversation with proper data handling agreements (and we offer self-hosted and AU-region cloud options for sensitive customer work).

What happens to the information I submit?

It’s used to generate your audit and stored in our system for 90 days so we can improve audit quality. After 90 days it’s deleted unless you become a client. Never sold, never shared. Full details in our Privacy Policy and AI & Data Processing Supplement.

Will AI replace my CS or fulfilment teams?

In our experience: no, but it changes what they spend their time on. CS and ops teams in stores that adopt AI typically move from tier-1 ticket triage and routine returns toward retention, complex disputes, VIP support and strategic ops work — the higher-value parts of the job. The audit identifies which tasks can shift, which can’t, and which shouldn’t.

Does this work with WooCommerce/BigCommerce/Magento as well as Shopify?

Yes. Tell us your platform in the form and the audit factors that in. Most automation opportunities work across all major ecommerce platforms; some are platform-specific (e.g., Shopify Flow integrations, Klaviyo segmentation patterns) — your audit will note when that applies.
