Cloud Services Delivery
Our cloud backup and disaster recovery services are delivered electronically. Once your account is provisioned:
- Account Setup: Typically completed within 1 business day of order confirmation
- Software Access: Download links and credentials provided via secure email
- Onboarding: Remote configuration assistance included with all plans
- Data Centre Location: All data stored in Australian data centres (Sydney and Melbourne)
On-Site Services
For services requiring physical presence (hardware installation, on-site support):
- Service Area: Greater Sydney metropolitan area
- Response Time: Same-day or next business day for managed service clients
- Scheduling: Appointments coordinated with your team to minimise disruption
- After-Hours: Emergency support available for critical issues
Hardware Delivery
If your solution includes hardware (NAS devices, backup appliances):
- Shipping: Via insured courier to your business address
- Timeframe: 2-5 business days within Australia (subject to stock availability)
- Installation: Remote or on-site configuration available

Shipping and Delivery Details
For Cloud Computing products, delivery will be within 24 hours of an order being placed.
Once we receive your order, we will create your account as per your requirements, and then you will receive a confirmation email, with instructions on how to download your application from the internet.
